Who we are
Alana and Irma’s love for creating charcuterie boards began as a simple way to add a little extra flair to the events they hosted, but over time, it blossomed into a true passion. What started as a small gesture at family dinners soon became an art form, and they couldn't resist sharing their creations with anyone and everyone.
It didn’t matter if they were hosting a dinner party, a casual get-together, or even a virtual hangout, you could always count on a charcuterie board to be a centerpiece. They became known for their perfectly balanced boards, each one a work of edible art, with an array of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, and the occasional touch of something unique—like honeycomb or dark chocolate squares. Every event, no matter how small, felt elevated with the addition of one of their boards.
But it wasn’t just about the food. It was about the joy of curating something that brought people together. They were always experimenting, mixing new ingredients, and finding creative ways to surprise their guests. Sometimes they'd even make mini boards just for fun—perfect for movie nights or impromptu picnics.
Their friends started to notice, and before long, Alana and Irma were being asked to create boards for events they hadn’t even planned. Birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries, even corporate meetings—if there was food involved, they were on the case. And they didn’t just make boards for their own events. They were the ones people reached out to when they needed an eye-catching spread for something special.
At one point, they found themselves putting together boards for events they hadn’t even been invited to. If there was a party, an office gathering, or a casual get-together, Alana and Irma would show up with a board, just to make sure it was as perfect as possible. It had become their trademark, and their passion for it only deepened with time. Every board was an opportunity to express their creativity, and every new event was another chance to experiment with flavors, textures, and designs.
Their friends and family joked that they had probably made more charcuterie boards than they had actually attended parties. But for Alana and Irma, it was never about the recognition—it was about the joy of sharing their craft, one delectable spread at a time.
